This shawl was made by the women from our knitting club in Lebanon, and is named after one of the members. It is unique in this world - we only have one!

The Knitting Club is a chance for Syrian women who have been through trauma to come together in a supportive community, alleviate pain and loneliness, and create things of beauty. It also brings in an essential income.

Most of the warm jumpers and shawls they create we distribute to the refugee community. We have just a few pieces available to buy online right now, and this is one of them!
